Eligible Refunds:

  • We offer refunds for damaged or expired items delivered.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refund Process:

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not offer refunds for the following items:
    • Fresh produce
    • Opened packages
    • Non-perishable items that have been used or consumed

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If you receive damaged or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
